2016: 5 night stay -quaint and Quiet.Karen was very nice. nice.Inexpensive within my budget.Beach access path across street. Great pool. Very clean -no bugs. Small kitchenette -comfy bed-wifi-cable tv. Nice patio sets,grills and private dock out back. Will go back-thanks
